REcharge in April

Kim Wallis never seems to run out of fuel, but when she is running low, these are the things she reaches for in her ever so cool gym bag.  Here she is again sharing her latest favorite things.

Get a sample of one of Kim's hottest exercise classes, Sleek Physique.  She will be the guest instructor next Tuesday, April 6 from 7:30-8:30 p.m at the rockin' new Lululemon store at Plaza Frontenac in St. Louis, MO.  The class is complimentary.  Bring your friends!

Reboot

Reboot – Take a look at your workout. When is the last time you tried something new? A new class, piece of equipment, trainer? It’s time for a change. Try an outdoor class (like NutriFormance’s new NF Outdoors program.) The sessions will keep your body guessing and keep the calories burning!

Refuel

Refuel - I've never really been an energy bar person but after getting caught unprepared with snacks after teaching three classes in a row, I was forced into trying a Clif Bar.  Crunchy Peanut Butter is my newest addiction.  I actually crave it.  And for the kiddos- the Clif Kid Zbar.  Mine love it.  It's the dose of chocolate they want (Chocolate Brownie is their go-to), and they'll never know it actually has nutritional value.

Renew

Renew- Start with your skin. If you’re in the mood for a splurge, hit the spa for a facial.  I recomment a Four Seasons Spa. Their knowledgeable staff and luxurious products will have you glowing. And the whole vibe at the hotel makes it feel like a mini vacation. Click here to find a Four Seasons Resort in your city.

Remix

Remix-There’s nothing like good music to keep you motivated during your workout. Itunes tip: type in the name of a favorite song, and you will find all versions/remixes. My current fav is Coldplay’s “Talk” (Thin White Duke Mix).

Restyle and Repolish

Restyle– Shop your own closet! Organize your wardrobe and treat yourself to a few additions that will instantly update what you already have. Patterson Kincaid’s “Paris tee” is my new way to top off my skinny jeans for a casual, yet cool look.

Repolish-Your nails with Essie’s “Great Expectations”. Looks gray in the bottle but clean and natural on nails.
