A blast from the past, the Cali Bell Bottom from 7 for All Mankind are on my wish list for 2011. If you love them too, better hurry, looks like Anthropologie already has limited quantities. These oversized flares will look great now with high platform boots and your favorite cozy sweater. Moving into spring wear a floral print layered with a lightweight cropped jacket. So fun.

While we're talking about New Year's resolutions...
Sacred Style bikinis are by far the sexiest suits we've ever seen, and for the first time, since we've been keeping track, they are on SALE!! All of the bottoms are rouched up the back to define the behind and create a perfect fit (no droopy bottoms). I have the Candy Stiper and it's best bikini I've ever had, and growing up in Florida, I've had a lot! They are hand made in NYC and oh so hot hot hot!!!

Did a little Christmas shopping today and have to report, THE CUTEST THING AT J CREW IS THE Fireside plaid town mini skirt! Well, in my opinion anyway
This photo does it NO justice, it's way cuter in person and it'll look better on you than the model). It's a bit "school-girlish" so avoid pairing it with a blazer or button down. I'd go for a sleek black turtle neck, opaque tights, and tall, but flat, boots. Preppy, chic, tailored, sexy, sweet!
(it comes in size 00 too!)

I bought this Hurley fleece from my favorite surf shop in Melbourne Beach, FL a couple of years ago and it is so super cozy and cute. Goes with everything, perfect length, hood for rain, double breasted button up collar for wind, and it's sweatshirt material so it's machine washable and SO soft! My girlfriend fell in love with it and bought one last year and a co-worker was asking me about it the other day. I checked on the website to see if they still sold it and not only do they still have it, they have more colors and fabrics! Hurley is even calling it their "signiture jacket!" Ha! and YAY!

Tory Burch

Cinch Tory's reversible leather logo belt over a shift dress or high waisted trousers for instant polish. I hear a jingle-jangle--add to this year's wish list.
Thanks for the fashion tip J.G.!!
p.s. the Tory Burch flip flops that I bought last spring were one of my FAVORITE "last season" purchases ($45). My T.B. flip flops went everywhere with me: summer vacations, the pool, on walks, shopping, they even came in handy recently walking streets/hills of San Fran. And they are STILL in good shape! They will definitely be a spring/summer purchase for many years to come. toryburch.com

To steal a line from Rachel Zoe, "these shoes are so major!" And the Vera Wang 'Magna' Flats really are. The photo hardly does them any justice, but slip them on and they are stunning! The leather is supple and the embellished strap is lined so it doesn't cut into to top of your foot (like so many others). For as much as they cost, and as much as I love them, I'm so happy that I can wear them all the time (at night because they're sparkly, and during the day with jeans because they're ballet flats). I doubt we will be finding the knock off at GAP so splurge splurge splurge!

I've been eye balling Kate Spade's Gumdrop earrings for months. I've tried them on several times a thought, "I really like them, but not on me." I'm so used to wearing tiny, subtle studs, that the gumdrops seems too BIG for my face. But, but, but, I finally got a pair and it really only took a whole day of wearing them to get used to the size. Now I'm crazy about them and want every color!
