I have been obsessed with chicken chili over the last few weeks and while I love dining out, I have not found a place that serves chicken chili as good as this homemade recipe.

This one might be a little too grown up for a children's party but it's perfect for an adult Halloween party. I think it could look really cool with just one bigger eyeball for a two-bite appetizer.
Basil
Roma tomato
Fresh mozzarella
Green olive
Good olive oil
Pinch of salt

I'm still hunting for ideas for my son's Halloween Birthday party and now I'm moving on to snacks and treats. I found this today. Fun! And SO easy! I'm going to make my favorite spinach dip and swap half of the sour cream for cream cheese so that it's thicker and will hold the "fingers" upright. I'm also going to serve baby carrots and other veggies on the side and make extra fingers in case they get eaten.
More to come!
