Tracy Anderson has created a method for toning and strengthening your body without high impact, bootcamp-like exercises. Take a look at this 10 minute Tracy Anderson YOUTUBE video to see what all the hype is about. TA believes high repetition, good form and using 3 pound weights or lighter (to avoid bulking up) is key to sculpting and defining problem areas. Although I have not tried Tracy Anderson's video, I have been taking a similar class twice a week at the gym and I am amazed at the results.
